1. Scope of this document
This page governs your use of the Analytics Dashboard marketing site and enquiry process, and the standard terms under which an Analytics Dashboard build is delivered once commissioned. The signed statement of work you receive before work begins takes precedence over this page where the two differ.
2. What is delivered
An Analytics Dashboard build is custom software: a dashboard aggregating sum/average/trend metrics from the API(s) and data sources you specify at scoping, into one live view. Deliverables, fixed price, and delivery date are confirmed in writing before work begins.
2.1 Ownership
You own the metrics, aggregated data, and the deployed dashboard instance from the moment of delivery. Aeterna AI Architects retains ownership of the underlying reusable dashboard engine and general-purpose tooling used to build it.
2.2 Acceptable use
- You will only connect data sources you are authorized to access — we do not build against credentials or APIs you don't have a legitimate right to use.
- You will not attempt to resell the underlying dashboard engine as your own competing product without a separate licensing agreement.
- You are responsible for keeping any API keys or credentials issued to your instance confidential.
2.3 Warranty and liability
We warrant the delivered software matches the agreed scope and correctly aggregates the metrics defined at scoping, verified against real sample data before handoff. We are not responsible for inaccuracies originating in the source API(s) themselves. Our liability for any claim arising from a delivered build is capped at the amount paid for that build.
2.4 Post-delivery changes
Adding new data sources or metrics after delivery is chargeable per the rate agreed at scoping, unless covered by an active support agreement.
3. Privacy Policy
3.1 What we collect on this site
This marketing site does not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or fingerprinting. The only data we receive is what you submit through a contact channel to scope a build, used exclusively to respond to your enquiry — never sold or shared with third parties.
3.2 What the delivered software does with data
A deployed Analytics Dashboard instance pulls data only from the source(s) you configure and displays it in the destination you control — your dashboard, your infrastructure. We do not retain a standing copy of your aggregated data, and we do not have standing access to your deployed instance beyond a specific, time-boxed support task you grant.
3.3 Sub-processors and international transfer
The data source API(s) you connect (your CRM, ad platform, payment processor, etc.) are your own sub-processors, not ours — we do not sit between you and them as a data intermediary. Where any of these providers process data outside your jurisdiction, their own Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent transfer mechanism applies.
3.4 Data Processing Agreement
A Data Processing Agreement covering the enquiry-stage data described in 3.1 is available on request for enterprise engagements.
4. Analytics Dashboard in the Aeterna ecosystem
Analytics Dashboard runs standalone against any API you point it at, but it's built to slot into the other Aeterna AI Architects modules — aggregating metrics from Scraper Engine's tracked data or Match Engine's results, for instance, without a bespoke integration each time. Running it alone requires none of this.
